• Spearheaded strategic planning, operations, sales and fiscal management for a nationally recognized acute dialysis company operating in nine states across 43 locations, serving medically complex patients for over 25 years.
• Led the installation and implementation of contracted dialysis services and quality assurance programs in various healthcare facilities, including short-term acute care hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs), heart hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals and surgery centers.
• Managed multimillion-dollar budgets and oversaw capital equipment purchasing, optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Terri brings more than four decades of progressive experience to her leadership role at DPS. She is a healthcare administrative expert focused on dialysis operations. Throughout her career, Terri has recognized the need to put patients first and is a recognized patient advocate. Her successful leadership roles include Director of Quality where she developed new processes to treat in-house dialysis patients when critical situations arise and Director of Operations where Terri ensured every professional provider was trained to provide the latest care techniques.

Her management and administrative experience provide regulatory, compliance and quality improvement expertise. Here work with clients ensures strict adherence to Medicare and state-specific requirements for seamless, compliant operations. Additionally, Terri has designed and directed the successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and safety.

As an experienced strategist and project leader, Terri uses her financial management skills to help clients maximize budgeting, find opportunities for cost control, increase revenue generation, and accurately complete financial forecasting.
